Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Automshine LLC, submitting a form, or communicating with us by any means, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Service Terms

  1. Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicle prior to service. Automshine LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
  2. Automshine LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, worn interiors, mechanical issues, electrical malfunctions, or aftermarket modifications.
  3. All vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk and must be in a condition suitable to withstand standard detailing and cleaning procedures.
  4. Automshine LLC is not liable for discharged or weakened batteries during or after service. Customers are responsible for ensuring all lights, accessories, and electronic components are turned off upon service completion.
  5. Services are performed in a professional, lawful, and safe manner. Any concerns must be communicated immediately during the service.
  6. Service times provided are estimates only. Each vehicle differs in size and condition and may require more or less time than estimated.
  7. Automshine LLC does not guarantee exact start or completion times. Delays caused by traffic, weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances do not void cancellation or rescheduling policies.
  8. All services require verification of customer contact information, selected package, and vehicle condition prior to service. Automshine LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
  9. Requests exceeding the scope of the booked service may result in additional charges or service refusal.
  10. Any verbal abuse, harassment, threats, or physical misconduct toward Automshine LLC staff will result in immediate service termination without refund and may result in legal action.

2. Pricing & Vehicle Condition

  1. All services have a minimum starting price based on vehicle size, condition, and labor requirements.
  2. A minimum surcharge of 50% or more may be applied for excessive dirt, pet hair, bodily fluids (including urine, vomit, blood), feces, mold, biohazards, or other hazardous materials.
  3. Prices displayed online are starting prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  4. If the vehicle’s condition differs from what was disclosed at booking, Automshine LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing. Service will proceed only after customer approval.
  5. All prices exclude applicable local, state, and sales taxes.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to appear may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
  3. Automshine LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Mobile Service & Weather Policy

  1. For mobile detailing services, customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location with adequate space for service.
  2. Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, storms, or unsafe working conditions at Automshine LLC’s discretion.

5. Payment Terms

  1. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Automshine LLC reserves the right to withhold vehicle release until payment has been received in full.

6. Satisfaction Disclaimer

  1. Auto detailing improves the appearance of a vehicle but does not guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or defects.
  2. No refunds will be issued once service has begun or been completed.

7. Photos & Marketing Consent

By booking a service, the customer grants Automshine LLC permission to capture before-and-after photos or videos of the vehicle for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly opts out in writing prior to service.

8. Communications & SMS Notifications

  1. By booking a service, submitting a form, or providing a phone number, the customer expressly consents to receive SMS text messages, phone calls, and electronic communications from Automshine LLC.
  2. SMS communications may include, but are not limited to:
    • Appointment confirmations
    • Service reminders
    • Service updates or delays
    • Customer support messages
    • Customer satisfaction surveys
  3. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on the customer’s mobile carrier.
  4. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
  5. Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.
  6. Automshine LLC does not sell, rent, or share customer phone numbers for third-party marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Automshine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Automshine LLC operates.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service online, by phone, or in person, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including consent to SMS communications.
